PROCEDURE

1. Dowload and install the latest idm
2. Now navigate to "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc" in your system
3. In etc you will find "host" right click host and open properties and go to security tab
4. Click on "advanced" and navigate to "owner " tab
5. A new window will be open. Now you will find a tab asking to change owner now change owner to your local user on which you logged in . not admin user 
6. Below you will find check box "replace owner on sub containers and objects".
7. Tick that box
8.  Now you will apply all modified settings.during this it will show one message just ignore that message bad press ok.
9. Now again navigate to security tab.
10. Now click on "edit" on "Group or User Names" .
11.  A new window for permission will be opened.In the permission window choose the logged or local user and  in the "Permission For User"  tab  tick on "Full Control".
12. Apply all changes and click ok.
13. Open host file with notepad and copy the below text in that notepad and save the file.
